Sarah DePetris (she/her) is a Dallas-based artist whose practice integrates painting, installation, and sculpture. She makes multi-dimensional drawings that capture the energy and potential of the almost and the not-yet-made. Her work has been exhibited nationally and across Texas in many solo exhibitions, including at Arts Fort Worth and Tank Space in Houston. In addition, DePetris created a large-scale public art installation at the Art Tooth ArtSouth Box in Fort Worth while participating in the Art Tooth artist studio residency at Muse. Recipient of many grants, her works are also included in the permanent collections of Capital One and the University of Texas at Tyler. In addition to her active studio practice, DePetris also works as a studio art and design instructor.
